01

Vendors often write to win, not to commit

Experienced vendors know how to sound comprehensive while leaving obligations vague. Language like "we will work closely with your team" sounds responsive but commits to nothing. Independent review helps surface where commitments are weaker than they appear.

02

Compliance gaps hide in plain sight

Missing certifications, incomplete reference contacts, unsigned required forms, and non-responsive sections are easy to miss when reading for overall quality. They are still real risks — and they typically surface as disputes and delays after the award has already been made.

03

Comparing proposals fairly requires structure

Without a consistent completeness and risk framework, committee members read proposals differently, weight different things, and bring different gaps to the scoring session. Independent analysis creates a shared foundation before evaluation begins.

04

The decision should be documented, not just made

A well-made selection that is not documented is still a liability. Your board, your auditors, or a disappointed vendor may ask how the decision was made. Independent analysis creates a written record that the decision was made with proper analytical support.

01

Share your RFP and all submitted proposals

Provide the original RFP document and every vendor submission received at the deadline. A brief conflict-of-interest review is completed before the engagement begins to ensure we are not working with any of the submitting vendors.

02

We conduct the independent analysis

We read every proposal against the RFP requirements — mapping completeness, surfacing compliance gaps, flagging risk language, and documenting observations across all submissions. No committee time is required during this phase. Typically completed within 5–7 business days.

03

Vendor Proposal Analysis report is delivered

You receive a structured written analysis: a proposal completeness matrix, compliance and risk findings per vendor, evaluator caution notes, comparative observations across all submissions, and recommended due diligence questions for finalist interviews.

04

Your committee selects with confidence

Every committee member evaluates from the same independent foundation. The selection is informed, documented, and supported by analysis that exists independently of any individual committee member — ready to stand behind if questions arise.

Request a Vendor Proposal Review

Our discipline is compliance, completeness, and risk — not the quality of marketing strategies, creative concepts, or subject matter expertise. We do not evaluate whether a vendor's proposed campaign is well-conceived or whether their team has the right creative sensibility. Those judgments belong to your committee.

We are also not making the selection for you. We do not score vendors, rank them, or recommend an award. Our role is to give your committee the information they need to make that decision well — and to document that the decision was made with independent analytical support.

All engagements are conducted independently and in strict confidence. We do not work with vendors competing in your current RFP cycle.
